journey to 99 ranged

so far im 76 ranges at metal drags just hoping for a visage or lvl 4 clue scroll!
Another reason im there is because of decent ranged xp and u make ur money back!
In the end i want 99 ranged before i get any other cb skill above 75
does any one have any ideas on how to get 99 ranged what to wear and what to use
ive got full void
full blk d hide set with archer helm snakeskin boots etc.
and i use mith/addy bolts or broad bolts wich ever sells first
